Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Senior HROps Specialist to own day-to-day HR operations across our European footprint, with strong French payroll expertise. You will ensure compliant lifecycle management and accurate data across multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with ADP Celergo and regional partners.

The role emphasizes GDPR compliance, process automation using AI tools, and a hands-on approach to payroll accuracy, data integrity, and stakeholder collaboration across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience HR operations across multiple European countries and payroll administration.
• Hands-on payroll administration with French payroll, DSN, URSSAF, and related compliance requirements.
• Proficient with international HRIS/payroll platforms and data integrity controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll administration for assigned European countries with vendors and post-run audits.
• Manage French payroll inputs and validation, including DSN submissions and social contributions.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and audit readiness, collaborating with Finance for reporting.
