You will support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives, working with employees, managers, trainers, and HR stakeholders across locations to provide engaging development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include coordinating programs, managing training administration, maintaining LMS records, supporting onboarding and leadership

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Experience in Learning & Development, HR operations or related HR roles.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate learning programs, trainings, and workshops.
• Manage training administration: scheduling, communications, and tracking.
• Maintain LMS records and data accuracy.

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join a growing Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Lisbon. This role is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about employee development, training coordination, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within an international environment.

As part of the Learning & Development team, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives, working closely with employees, managers, trainers, and HR stakeholders across multiple locations. You will help ensure employees have access to engaging development opportunities that support both business and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development programs, training sessions, and workshops.
• Manage training administration activities, including scheduling, communications, and participant tracking.
• Maintain learning records and ensure data accuracy within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Support onboarding, leadership development, and employee growth initiatives.
• Assist with learning needs analysis and training effectiveness reporting.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries in English and French.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to promote learning opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvements and learning-related projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, Talent Development, Training Coordination, or a related HR function.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
