Job summary

ALLRecruiter is seeking a CEGID HR Learning Specialist (formerly Talentsoft) for a hybrid role based in Porto. The consultant will work 2–3 days in the office and must be based in Portugal, starting December 2026 for a 6–7 month project. Fluency in English and Portuguese, with French a plus, is required.

The role focuses on supporting Learning modules, configuring and maintaining LMS functionalities, and collaborating with HR, IT, and L&D teams to deliver effective learning solutions.

CEGID HR LEARNING SPECIALIST (FORMERLY TALENTSOFT) (HYBRID PORTO)

Portuguese company hires for hybrid position

Location: Matosinhos, Porto

Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered

Work Model: Hybrid — 2–3 days per week in the office

Working hours: 09:00–18:00, Portugal time

Language Requirements: Portuguese C2 and English B2+ required; French is a plus

Project duration: 6–7 months, with the possibility of renewal

Rate Between €3000 - 3500 RV//unipessoal (gross value) or €2000 – 2200 CTI

About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced CEGID HR Specialist, formerly Talentsoft, with strong expertise in the Learning modules, to join an international project on a temporary assignment.

The objective is to have the selected consultant onboard by early December 2026. The initial assignment is expected to last approximately 6 to 7 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and support across CEGID HR / Talentsoft Learning modules.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Learning-related functionalities according to business requirements.
• Support the administration and evolution of the Learning Management environment.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional configurations and solutions.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and support incident resolution related to the Learning modules.
• Support testing activities, including functional testing, UAT, and validation of system changes.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development teams, IT teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support system enhancements, releases, and configuration changes.
• Maintain functional documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal users and stakeholders.

Profile Required

• Solid professional experience working with CEGID HR / Talentsoft.
• Strong hands-on expertise in CEGID HR Learning / Talentsoft Learning modules.
• Experience configuring and supporting Learning Management functionalities.
• Good understanding of corporate Learning & Development processes.
• Previous experience in functional support, system implementation, enhancement, or maintenance projects.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously within an international environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.

The Ideal Profile

You are a functional specialist who combines in-depth knowledge of CEGID HR / Talentsoft Learning with an understanding of how organisations manage employee learning.

You are comfortable discussing requirements with HR and Learning & Development teams, configuring the platform, investigating issues and validating changes. You take ownership of your work, document solutions clearly and help users make effective use of the system.

You are available for a temporary international assignment starting from December 2026 and can meet the hybrid working requirements in Matosinhos.
