Job summary

Adecco Recursos Humanos in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an LMS & Learning Reporting Specialist (French Speaker) to manage learning data, reporting, and training systems for the French market within an international Shared Services environment.

You will develop dashboards with Excel and Power BI, ensure data quality, and support compliance reporting while collaborating with Learning & Development and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Data Analytics, Business or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage LMS data quality and system accuracy.
• Create and manage training courses, content, trainers, and assignments.

We’re looking for an LMS & Learning Reporting Specialist to join an international Shared Services environment and play a key role in managing learning data, reporting, and training systems for the French market. This is an excellent opportunity for analytical professionals who enjoy combining data management, technology, and HR processes.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data quality and system accuracy.
• Create and manage training courses, learning content, trainers, and learning assignments.
• Support users and provide guidance on LMS functionalities.
• Extract, analyze, and consolidate learning data and KPIs.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
• Support compliance reporting and audit requirements.
• Work closely with Learning & Development teams and internal stakeholders across the business.

What we're looking for

• Fluent French & English (spoken and written)
• Degree in HR, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
