Job summary

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join a growing Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Lisbon. This role is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about employee development, training coordination, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within an international environment.

As part of the Learning & Development team, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives, working closely with employees, managers, trainers, and HR stakeholders across multiple locations. You will help ensure employees have access to engaging development opportunities that support both business and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
