Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join a growing GBS team in Lisbon. You will design, coordinate and deliver development initiatives across an international environment, partnering with employees, managers and HR stakeholders.

The role emphasizes training administration, onboarding support, needs analysis and reporting on training effectiveness. Fluency in English and French is required, with strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, or related HR function.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development programs, training sessions, and workshops.
• Manage training administration activities, including scheduling, communications, and participant tracking.
• Maintain learning records and ensure data accuracy within LMS.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, and employee growth initiatives.
• Assist with learning needs analysis and training effectiveness reporting.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries in English and French.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to promote learning opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvements and learning-related projects.
