Job summary

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking Learning & Development Specialists and Analysts at junior to senior levels to drive training initiatives and manage programs across a multinational environment.

You will coordinate schedules, support Workday data tasks, and liaise with business units to ensure effective learning delivery while promoting work-life balance and growth opportunities within a dynamic service center.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory for daily collaboration with international teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace is required for planning and reporting.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus (Workday knowledge a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Support learning needs assessment and maintain catalog/update training offerings.
• Coordinate training schedules and manage logistics for sessions across departments.
• Oversee LMS and platform management, user support, enrollments and data entry.
• Serve as a first point of contact for L&D inquiries and cross‑functional coordination.
• Compile training data for activity reports and drive process improvements.
