Job summary

Catawiki is seeking a proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our People team in Lisbon in a hybrid role. You’ll support the employee lifecycle, ensure systems accuracy, and drive compliant, efficient operations for 700+ colleagues across countries.

You’ll own onboarding/offboarding, issue contracts and amendments, maintain policies, and advise on leave, benefits and labor rules. Fluent English and strong knowledge of Portuguese HR practices are essential in this fast-paced international

Qualifications

• 2+ years in People Operations or similar roles.
• Fluency in English to professional business level.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle processes (on-/off-boarding, contracts and amendments).
• Maintain and ensure HR system accuracy and up-to-date policies and SOPs.
• Serve as first point of contact for policies, benefits and leave queries.
