Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or a similar HR service delivery environment.
• Experience working with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; B+ or higher proficiency in both languages is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to deliver work accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate within defined timelines.
• A service-oriented and flexible mindset, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, and high-quality HR support to employees and other internal customers.
• Manage day-to-day HR requests, tasks, and queries, resolving issues within your scope and escalating when appropriate.
• Support employee and pay-related administration and ensure employee lifecycle activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee information.
