Job summary

A Rumos SA em Lisboa procura um Técnico de Suporte de TI para responder a perguntas e resolver problemas de impressoras e equipamentos informáticos. A função envolve suporte a CRM, software interno e Google Sheets, bem como instalação e configuração de software e estações de trabalho para novos colaboradores.

O candidato ideal tem licenciatura em Informática, pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em IT support e operações, e competência em redes Windows, backups e gestão de equipamentos.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura em Informática ou área relacionada.
• Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em IT support e operações.
• Experiência em resolução de problemas de redes Windows e gestão de backups.
• Experiência com impressoras, equipamentos de informática e suporte a utilizadores.
• Boa comunicação e habilidades interpessoais; proatividade e organização.

Responsibilities

• Fornecer suporte e resolver problemas de impressoras e equipamentos informáticos.
• Suportar CRM, software interno e Google Sheets.
• Instalar e configurar software.
• Configurar estações de trabalho para novos colaboradores.
• Resolver problemas em ambientes Windows.
• Realizar deslocações ocasionais a outras filiais.

Job description

• Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to printers and computer equipment;
• Provide support for using CRM, internal software, and Google Sheets;
• Install and configure software;
• Set up and configure workstations and equipment for new employees;
• Troubleshoot issues in Windows environments;
• Make occasional trips to other branches as needed.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology;
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support and operations;
• Experience in troubleshooting and managing Windows networks;
• Experience managing backups, computer equipment, and printers;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude;

This position is located in Moscavide, Lisbon.
