Job summary

Rumos Portugal is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Moscavide, Lisbon to provide hands-on help with printers, PC hardware, and software. You will support CRM and internal tools, install software, and set up new employee workstations. Occasional travel to other branches may be required.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT and at least 2 years’ IT support experience, with strong Windows network skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• At least 2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows networks and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing backups, computer equipment, and printers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to printers and computer equipment.
• Provide support for using CRM, internal software, and Google Sheets.
• Install and configure software.
• Set up and configure workstations and equipment for new employees.
• Troubleshoot issues in Windows environments.
• Make occasional trips to other branches as needed.
