Rumos Group in Lisbon is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead projects from requirements to delivery in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience managing IT projects, strong command of Agile and Waterfall, and excels in planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT projects end-to-end.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall.
• Ability to define plans, schedules, milestones, resources and budgets.
• Strong risk management and impact analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Good knowledge of English.

Profile

• Higher education in Information Technology;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience managing the full lifecycle of IT projects, from requirements gathering to delivery and closure;
• Strong command of project management methodologies, namely Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall;
• Strong ability to define plans, schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets;
• Proven experience in risk management, mitigation plans, and impact analysis;
• Strong skills in effective stakeholder management, both internal and external;
• Certifications are valued;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ease in working with multiple stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Leadership mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
