A Rumos SA, Lisboa ( híbrido ), procura um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Software sênior com forte atuação em .NET e Microsoft Azure. O candidato ideal tem mais de 5 anos de experiência e experiência em liderança técnica e mentoria de equipes, bem como conhecimentos em microserviços e CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bacharelado em Engenharia de Computação, Computação ou área correlata
• Mais de 5 anos de experiência profissional em desenvolvimento de software
• Experiência sólida com .NET Framework e .NET Core
• Experiência em desenvolvimento na nuvem com Microsoft Azure
• Conhecimento de arquiteturas de software, microserviços e APIs
• Experiência com CI/CD e práticas DevOps
• Experiência em liderança técnica e mentoria de equipes
• Certificações Microsoft (preferencial)
• Forte comunicação, liderança e resolução de problemas
• Proativo, colaborativo e orientado a resultados

Responsibilities

• Liderar o desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções .NET e Azure
• Definir e apoiar decisões técnicas e arquitetônicas
• Coordenar e supervisionar equipes de desenvolvimento
• Desenvolver novas funcionalidades e assegurar testes
• Garantir a manutenção contínua de aplicações existentes
• Participar em todas as fases do ciclo de vida do software
• Conduzir revisões de código e promover melhores práticas

Job description

• Lead the development and implementation of .NET and Azure solutions;
• Define and support technical and architectural decisions;
• Coordinate and supervise development teams;
• Develop new features and ensure testing is conducted;
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance of existing applications;
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle;
• Perform code reviews and promote best development practices;
• Collaborate on the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions.

Role:

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
• More than 5 years of professional experience in software development;
• Solid experience with the .NET Framework and .NET Core;
• Experience in cloud development with Microsoft Azure;
• Knowledge of software architectures, microservices, and APIs;
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices;
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams;
• Microsoft certifications (preferred);
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented.
