Job summary

Powerdot in Portugal is seeking a GTM Operations Specialist with 2-4 years in product or business operations. You will design repeatable partner-operations processes and build automations using AI and no-code tools.

You’ll improve billing data flows between Commercial and Finance, consolidate partner data, and create playbooks for scalable partnerships. This role values organization, curiosity, and cross‑team collaboration across Commercial, Data and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in product, revenue, or business operations.
• Excellent organization and ability to turn ambiguity into repeatable flows.
• Experience with AI tooling to build automations.
• Strong data skills; SQL knowledge is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Design and run repeatable partner-operations processes from onboarding to reporting.
• Identify repetitive manual work and replace with automations using AI/no-code tools.
• Improve the flow of billing, reconciliation and invoicing information between Commercial and Finance teams.
• Create repeatable operating processes for new partnership and commercial models.
• Consolidate partner data and reporting into clear, reliable workflows.
• Build documentation and playbooks so processes can be followed and improved by the wider team.
• Maintain a clear view of live/progress/blocked actions.
