BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact, offering professional support via phone, email, chat, and other channels to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key requirements include fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Resolve questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, products, or services when needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and seamless experience.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback for process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies through training.
