BlueView Talent in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact, delivering professional, personalized support across orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will assist via phone, email, chat and other channels, recording interactions, collaborating with internal teams, and staying up-to-date with products and policies to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualificações

• Language proficiency: French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies and procedures through ongoing training.
