WW Talents is seeking a B2B Outbound Sales Representative to join our international sales team in Lisbon. This full-time, on-site role targets outbound outreach to business clients, guiding them through sign-up and onboarding on the platform, and developing new sales opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will manage a CRM, nurture relationships, and work toward individual and team sales targets.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision-makers.
• Strong communication, pitching, and objection-handling skills.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
