Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a motivated B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to reach out to potential business clients, identify opportunities, and guide them through signup. You will present advertising solutions, handle objections, and nurture relationships to drive revenue growth.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, meeting individual sales targets, and working in a results-oriented environment.

Qualificações

Language Skills: English C1/C2 level.
Experience: 1 year minimum in B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound calling.
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, professional, target-driven.

Responsabilidades

Reach out to potential business clients through outbound calls.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Support potential clients throughout the sign-up process.
Present advertising solutions based on client needs.
Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Use consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
Follow up with prospects and support revenue growth.
