BlueView Talent in Lisbon is seeking a motivated B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to reach out to potential business clients, identify opportunities, and guide prospects through the sign-up process.

You will present advertising solutions, handle objections, and build strong client relationships while contributing to revenue growth. Ideal candidates have 1 year of B2B sales experience, strong English, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• Language: English at C1/C2 level.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound calling experience.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Strong communication, consultative selling, objection-handling, and business development skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to potential business clients through outbound calls.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Support potential clients throughout the sign-up process.
• Present advertising solutions based on client needs.
• Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Use consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and support revenue growth.
