Cross Border Talents is seeking a Sales Developer to support the English Market from our Lisbon office. The role focuses on outbound B2B outreach, qualifying leads, and guiding prospects through the sign-up process on our digital platform.

You will collaborate with a team targeting ambitious sales goals, using strong English communication and problem-solving skills to secure opportunities and drive growth. The position is full-time, onsite in Lisbon, with a focus on international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B outbound sales or B2B lead generation.
• Fluent English, written and spoken at C1/C2 level.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Target-driven and commercially minded.
• Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades
