Healy Hudson Portugal Lda. is seeking a German-speaking technical customer support specialist to assist German public procurement customers. You will handle inquiries, perform configuration changes, analyze issues, and document defects in English for our international development team.

The role offers a hybrid work model with two fixed days in Lisbon and a long-term position in a small, international team. You will own cases from first contact to resolution, work with a dedicated product in

Competenze

Native German and good written and spoken English.
Experience in technical customer support, ideally software support.
Curious, structured and analytical approach to problems.
Confident use of ticketing systems and standard Office apps.
Knowledge of IT or public procurement is an advantage.

Mansioni

Responding to customer enquiries in writing and by telephone, explaining how to implement requirements in the software.
Handling administrative requests, such as user rights and role assignments, and carrying out configuration changes in the platform.
Independently analyzing issues and identifying root causes.
When a defect is found, prepare a clear English ticket for the development team to act on directly.
Take ownership of each case and keep the customer informed until resolved.
