Qualifikationen

• Fluent German proficiency, written and spoken.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Previous professional experience in Technical Support is mandatory.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Provide professional technical support to German-speaking customers.
