Qualificações

• German fluency (C1/C2) mandatory
• Background or strong knowledge in optical fiber, networking, and technical troubleshooting
• Experience in customer support or call center environments preferred
• Strong IT skills and system troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and customer orientation

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized phone support with efficient issue resolution and positive customer experience
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to telecommunications services
• Manage client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction
