The Lemon Consulting is seeking a customer support specialist in Lisbon who can communicate fluently in German and English. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Initial on-site work at Sete Rios, Lisbon, with a transition to a hybrid model after 3 months based on performance. Employment contract and opportunities for growth within an international company.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German
• Advanced English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Customer Care / Call Centre experience is a plus
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Currently based in Portugal or able to work from Lisbon
