Eugenia Talent in Lissabon sucht einen technischen Kundenberater (Deutsch), der Kunden bei technischen Problemen unterstützt und eine exzellente Servicequalität sicherstellt. Die Position ist Vollzeit und erfordert fließendes Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

Sie arbeiten per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat, sammeln Informationen im System und helfen dabei, Probleme effizient zu lösen. Eine gründliche Einarbeitung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterbildung werden angeboten.

Qualificações

• Fließendes Deutsch
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder CRM vorteilhaft

Responsabilidades

• Kunden bei technischen Problemen unterstützen

• Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service;
• Be up to date with all developments in the technical area of work, to ensure you are always informed!

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in German and fluency in English
• Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
• Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
• Strong in phone calls, email writing and social media;
