About the Position

Join a dynamic customer service team in Lisbon as a Technical Customer Service professional, providing support to customers in both German and English.

You will assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, provide clear solutions, and ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support in German and English.
• Assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting.
• Identify issues and provide accurate and effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
• Work collaboratively within an international team.
• Adapt to a dynamic working environment and changing customer needs.

Working Schedule

• Rotational schedule from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 20:00.
• Saturday and Sunday between 08:00 and 17:00.
• Two rotational days off.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in German.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
