Eugenia Talent is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Advisor to join our client in Lisbon. In this full-time role you will help customers resolve technical issues, assist via phone and email, and stay up-to-date with product developments.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and English, have experience with customer support and CRM, and be proactive with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities. Office location in Lisbon with multiple nearby amenities.

Qualificações

• Dutch language fluency and English proficiency are required.
• Experience in customer support and with CRM is a plus.

The Offer

• Help customers resolve technical problems associated with the products or services
• Assist clients on the telephone, email and other channels in a genuine manner
• Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
• Identify, study and propose a solution for the technical issue
• Provide good customer service, making sure the client is always happy once the interaction is finished
• Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and fluency in English
• Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
• Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
• Strong in phone calls, email writing and social media
