Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Work Model: On-site
We are looking for a German & English-speaking Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. You will assist customers with technical questions and provide professional, friendly, and efficient support.
- German: Fluent / native-level proficiency
- English: Proficient level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for helping others
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Customer service or technical support experience is a plus
- Monday-Friday: 08:00-20:00 (rotational shifts)
- Saturday-Sunday: 08:00-17:00
- 2 rotational days off per week
