Zendesk in Lisbon is seeking a French-speaking Sales Development representative to drive new business across the EMEA region. You will manage outbound leads, engage startups and enterprises, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing the Zendesk brand in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role requires native French, fluent English, and at least 6 months in sales. You will work in Lisbon offices on Tue, Wed and Thu, with a hybrid work model for other days.

Qualifications

• Native French with fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales-related role.
• Passion to start or advance a career in consultative sales.
• SaaS sales experience is a plus; curiosity and customer focus are valued.
• Can-do attitude with a drive to overachieve and succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferable.
• Ability to work in Lisbon office on Tue, Wed and Thu.
