Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2) + Business English (B2+)
• Must reside in Portugal with legal right to work
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotative shifts
• Strong communication with a customer-first mindset
• Reliable, high-speed internet and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German and English
• Assist customers with digital service platforms and account queries
• Ensure high CSAT with empathetic, accurate solutions
• Document interactions and case details in the CRM
• Collaborate with technical support and team leaders to resolve complex inquiries
