smart-recruitments is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries across account, billing and technical issues via phone, email and chat, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced international environment.

Competenze

• Fluent German and English (C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer support or contact centre is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
