KultureTalent - Global Talent is hiring a German Customer Support Advisor to work remotely from Portugal. You will handle inquiries via email, phone and chat, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with colleagues. Prior experience in customer service is advantageous; German fluency is required, with good English proficiency and quiet home-office setup.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German language required.
• Good level of English.
• Ability to work from home in a quiet environment.
• Experience with customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels email, phone and chat
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
