Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon to support customers via phone, chat, email and social channels for a global provider in Portugal.

You will handle pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support, adapt tone, and escalate issues as needed. Remote work option available, full training provided, and benefits include health and life insurance, transport and meal allowances.

Qualificações

• Native level German (C1–C2)
• Fluent English (at least B2)
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Availability to work on rotational shifts

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service via inbound calls, live chat, emails and social channels.
• Serve as a consultant, offering prompt and tailored solutions to questions and issues.
• Adapt the brand voice and tone for private and public channels across communication media.
• Respond to customer escalations and escalate issues to higher tiers as defined and documented.
