You will handle subscriptions, billing inquiries, and basic technical issues across multiple channels, delivering a high-quality experience for end-users of a leading telecom provider.

The role requires native or near-native German (C2), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German (C2 level required).
• No prior customer support experience required.
