Lingo-nova in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join its international service team. You will handle subscriptions, billing inquiries, and basic technical issues across multiple channels, delivering a high-quality experience for end-users of a leading telecom provider.

The role requires native or near-native German (C2), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Role Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international customer service team supporting end-users of a leading telecommunications service provider.

In this role, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing guidance on subscriptions, billing inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Native or near-native German (C2 level required)
• No previous customer support experience required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-site

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Between €900 - €1100 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries)
• Performance Bonus: Between €100 - €150 per 12 months
• Meal Allowance: €7,63 per working day
• Health Insurance: Since day 1 (but need to pay a monthly amount). It's free after 6 months of contract.
