The role requires native German, fluent English at least B2, and a customer-focused mindset. You will work in a 24/7 rotating on-site schedule, with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to help you thrive.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German language skills required.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Experience in contact centre or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stay composed and focused in busy periods.

Responsabilidades

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Investigate and resolve buyer, seller, customer, or creator issues, including order and logistics inquiries.
• Review reported cases within established turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues according to company protocols.
