Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or BPO is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple channels and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide clear, accurate and friendly support for product, billing, and technical questions.
• Meet and exceed quality, productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs.
