Nordicrecruiters is seeking a reliable Customer Support Representative fluent in German to join our Lisbon-based team. This full-time, on-site role handles customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolves issues, and maintains high standards of service.

You bring native or fluent German, strong English, and excellent communication. Training is provided, and growth within a diverse, international organization is encouraged.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) with strong English skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience.
• Confidence using CRM or support tools; willingness to learn new systems.
• Prior customer support or service experience is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with a strong eagerness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive, high-quality support to customers by phone, email and live chat across a range of service and product queries.
• Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and supportive tone.
• Document customer interactions, feedback and solutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to address complex cases and elevate when appropriate.
• Share insights from customer interactions to help improve processes, products and service delivery.
