The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Customer Support professional to be the main contact for applicants through the home-application process in Lisbon. You will help with questions, document checks, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every applicant.

Responsibilities include assisting via phone, email, and live chat; guiding applicants through requirements; reviewing details for accuracy and compliance; and collaborating with internal teams to meet service targets.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• Demonstrated analytical and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Guide applicants through the home application process and required docs.
• Review application details for accuracy and compliance.
• Address inquiries with clear guidance and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues per procedures and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processing.
