Concentrix in Lisbon seeks a Customer Representative fluent in German and English to handle customer inquiries and provide support. The position requires excellent communication skills, tech-savviness and a proactive attitude. Qualificações

• Candidate should have a high level of German (written and oral) and be fluent in English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Responsibly handle inbound customer requests and assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
• Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information.
• Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with various issues.
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.

Conhecimentos
