Konecta in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line assistance to customers in German, understand needs and propose solutions. You will work in an international team, receive comprehensive training and benefit from a supportive environment.

The role offers an above-average salary package, language allowance and a career path in the automotive sector with a Monday–Friday schedule (07:00–16:00) and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
