Qualificações

• Fluency in German is required (C2). It is preferred to have English (B2).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in technical/IT sectors.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including nights.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for German-speaking clients.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat with customers.
• Understand and document customer issues and escalate to technical teams as needed.
• Explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate resolutions.
