Job summary

Gi Group is recruiting a Customer Support Representative to join a leading automotive company in Lisbon. The role requires native Portuguese and fluent English (B2/C1), with experience in a contact centre and a passion for customer service.

You will handle inquiries, manage appointments, and assist with technical questions to ensure high customer satisfaction. Enjoy a rotating schedule (Mon-Fri, 08:00–19:00) and a 9-month contract, plus health insurance and meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Native Portuguese with fluency in English (B2/C1) is mandatory.
• Experience in a contact centre handling customer support is mandatory.
• Passion for customer service and interest in automotive industry; strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email, providing friendly, efficient, and personalised support.
• Manage appointments and bookings for maintenance services, routine servicing, and repairs.
• Answer questions regarding vehicles, services, and workshop procedures.
• Provide assistance with technical inquiries, documentation, and service-related processes.
• Refer cases to technical teams and follow up to resolution.
• Record and update customer information and service details in internal systems.
• Handle complaints professionally to find quick, effective solutions.
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
