Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking customer support specialist to join an international team. You will handle queries across phone, email and live chat, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to shaping the product experience for users worldwide.

Relocation support and onboarding are provided, along with health and life insurance for you and your family, meal and transport allowances, and annual bonuses. Flexible shifts from 7:00 to 23:00, Monday through Saturday.

Qualificações

• German language required for customer interactions.
• Solid English skills to communicate with international users.
• Experience in customer support or similar service role is a plus.
• Comfortable learning new digital tools and processes.

Responsabilidades
