CBT in Portugal (remote) is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist customers for a leading automotive company. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing effective solutions and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The role requires fluent German and good English, with rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation. Salary is paid as €1,055 gross per month in 14 installments, plus a €7.63 per working day food allowance and relocation support in exceptional cases.
