Batgroup, a Swiss-based company with a Lisbon hub, seeks a German-speaking Customer Service professional to support clients and Batmaids in Lisbon. You will join our core team and work directly for our brand, with a focus on stability and work‑life balance.

The role requires German (C2) and English (C1), 1+ year in related fields, and a proactive mindset. After onboarding on-site, a hybrid model is available to support your balance and commute to Sete Rios.

Qualificações

• German at C2 level or native; strong professional English (C1).
• 1+ years in Customer Service, Coordination or Hospitality.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset; calm, friendly phone presence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client bookings and maintain strong relationships with clients and cleaning agents.
• Handle scheduling changes and find optimal solutions for clients and agents.
• Manage feedback, complaints, and ensure services meet quality standards.
• Update information, process contract changes, and support payroll-related questions.
