Batgroup in Lisbon seeks a German-speaking customer service professional to join our in-house hub. You will work directly for our brand, supporting clients and Batmaids with a focus on strong service experiences.

The role offers a permanent contract, a competitive base salary with a monthly bonus, private health insurance, transport and meal allowances, plus a hybrid work model after training. Office located at Sete Rios for easy commuting.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (C2) and strong English (C1) required.
• At least 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Coordination or Hospitality.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with calm, friendly presence on calls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client interactions after bookings and maintain relationships with clients and agents.
• Balance scheduling changes to achieve best outcomes for clients and agents.
• Manage feedback, handle complaints professionally, and ensure service quality.
• Update records, process contract changes, and assist payroll-related questions.
