CloserHire is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a premium consumer project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, assist with orders and post-sales support, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a global environment.

This full-time role offers a hybrid working model after three months, with a structured onboarding and ongoing training to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Good command of English.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
