Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a premium consumer products project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will join an international team supporting customers across phone, email and chat, handling product inquiries, orders and post-sales requests with a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a hybrid work model after three months and a modern, collaborative Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and order inquiries.
• Handle post-sales requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
