Bat Group in Lisbon is seeking a French-speaking customer service professional to join our in-house hub. You will work directly for our brand, supporting our clients and Batmaids with a permanent contract, base salary plus a monthly attendance and performance bonus.

Benefits include private health insurance, transportation allowance and meal allowance via a meal card. A hybrid work model is offered after onboarding on-site at Sete Rios.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1)
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Coordination or Hospitality
• Calm, friendly phone presence
• Proactive, hands-on mindset
• Willingness to work in Lisbon with onsite onboarding and hybrid model

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements booked via the app, maintaining relationships with clients and Batmaids
• Manage scheduling changes and logistics to find best outcomes for clients and agents
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally and uphold quality standards
• Keep information up to date, process contract changes, manage absences and payroll queries
